The offer

One price. One week. One working version.

Most ideas do not need six months and a big budget to find out if they work. An MVP here means the smallest version of your product that is still good enough to show real users. It does one important thing properly, so you learn whether the idea is worth more time and money.

Book a call

What the week covers

  • A call to understand the idea and agree on the one flow worth testing first.
  • A working product for that flow, built so it can keep growing after the test.
  • The product live and usable by real people at the end of day 7.
  • A handover: the code, the accounts and a walkthrough of what we built.
  • Everything else waits. We write down what we left out and why.
How the week runs

Seven days, seven parts.

Each day adds one part to the product. The phone in the animation above is assembled in the same order, one part per day, and switches on with day 7. You see progress every day, not only at the end.

Day 1

Scope

We turn the call into a written scope: the one flow your MVP must prove, and the list of things that wait.

Frame
Day 2

Foundations

Repository, hosting, database and sign-in, set up the way we would set them up for a product that lasts.

Logic board
Day 3

Core logic

The main thing your product does, working end to end with real data.

Chip + battery
Day 4

Screens

The interface for that flow, on desktop and on phone. You get a link to click through.

Display
Day 5

Connections

Payments, email or the one outside service your test depends on.

Ports + radios
Day 6

Test and fix

We use it the way your users will, fix what breaks, and you try it yourself.

Glass + test
Day 7

Live

Launched where people can use it, then handed over with code, access and a walkthrough.

Power on

Day 1 of 7 · Frame

The week starts after we agree on scope. Before that, it is a conversation and costs nothing.

Why a team

You could prompt it yourself. Here is what you would miss.

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Lovable write code fast. What they do not do is tell you which feature to cut, or warn you before a shortcut becomes expensive.

People

We have been in your seat

We have worked inside many startups and founded our own. We know which parts of a first version matter and which ones only feel urgent.

Foundations

Built to keep growing

The MVP is the starting point. We build it so the next feature goes on top of it, instead of starting over after your first users arrive.

Money

We stop the waste

We will tell you when something is not worth building yet. Saying no to the wrong feature is part of the job.

Accountable

People answer for the result

You talk to the people building it. Fixed price, fixed date, and someone to call when you have a question.

Only AI tools

  • You decide scope alone, usually too big.
  • Code works today, structure is an afterthought.
  • Hosting, payments and security are left to you.
  • When it breaks, you debug it.

OneWeekMVP

  • Scope agreed with people who have shipped before.
  • A structure meant to carry the next version.
  • Live, connected and handed over on day 7.
  • A team that can keep building if you continue.

We use these AI tools too. They make our week possible. The judgment about what goes into that week is the part you are paying for.

After the MVP

Day 8 is your call.

You put the MVP in front of users and look at what happens. Then you decide. There is no lock-in and nothing renews on its own.

Option A

Stop here

The idea did not hold up. You spent $999 and one week to learn that, instead of months.

Option B

Take it in-house

You keep the code and continue with your own team or on your own.

Option C

Monthly retainer

We take over all the software work and keep building. On everything else, from hiring to tools to what to build next, we advise.

We do
Features, fixes, infrastructure, releases and upkeep of the product.
We advise
Product, tooling, vendors, hiring and technical questions from investors.
You decide
Whether to continue, every month.
FAQ

Straight answers.

If your question is not here, ask it on the call.

What counts as an MVP?

The smallest version of your product that a real user can use to do the one thing your idea promises. It is finished and works, but it does only what is needed to test the idea. Settings pages, admin panels and nice-to-haves come later, if the test says they should. A clickable mockup does not count.

What if my idea is bigger than one week?

Most ideas are. On the call we find the part that proves or disproves the idea and build that first. If no honest one-week version exists, we tell you before you pay anything.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, the accounts and the data are handed over to you at the end of the week, whether or not you continue with us.

What stack do you use?

Mainstream, well-supported tools that any good developer can pick up later. We choose based on what your product needs and tell you the stack during scoping, before the week starts.

What happens on day 8?

You test the MVP with users and decide. You can stop, continue on your own, or move to a monthly retainer where we take over the software work and advise on the rest.

How does payment work?

One fixed payment of $999 once the scope is agreed, before the week starts. No hourly billing and no extras for the agreed scope. The retainer, if you choose it, is agreed separately after day 7.

Tell us the idea in one line.

We reply to set up a short call. On the call we agree on scope, or tell you honestly that a week is not the right fit.

For example: a booking page for independent driving instructors.
